Data Deletion Instructions

GritWrx builds websites, platforms, and AI and WhatsApp Business API solutions. In doing so we may process your contact and account details (such as your name, email address, phone number, and business name) and communication logs handled through Meta and WhatsApp APIs on behalf of our clients. We never sell or monetise this data. Our Privacy Policy has the full details.

If you connected an account or authorised an integration through Facebook Login or Meta Business tools, you can remove our access and ask for your data to be deleted from your Facebook account:

1. Log in to Facebook and go to Settings & privacy > Settings.
2. Select Apps and websites.
3. Find GritWrx (or the app integration we set up for you).
4. Click Remove.
5. Confirm, and tick the option to ask GritWrx to delete your data.

You can ask us directly to permanently delete your data:

• Email kf@gritwrx.com with the subject line “User Data Deletion Request”.
• Include your name, email address, and, if relevant, the phone number used with a WhatsApp integration or the name of the business we worked with.
• We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and begin the deletion process.

Once we receive your request and confirm your identity:

• Active records: all personal information and communication logs are permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days.
• Backups: any remaining encrypted backup copies are removed within 90 days.
• Legal exceptions: we keep only the records Egyptian tax, accounting, or audit law requires, and only for as long as the law requires.
• Sub-processors: we instruct any service providers holding your data on our behalf (for example Formspree or our hosting providers) to delete it too.
