KF Digital Studio (“we”) provides website creation, branding, and digital marketing services. All services are delivered under a separate written proposal agreed upon between you and KF Digital Studio. Nothing on this website itself constitutes a binding offer or contract.

3. Discovery Brief & Proposals

Completing the discovery brief on this site creates no obligation for either party. Proposals we return within 48 hours are non-binding until countersigned by both parties. Pricing, scope, and timeline are defined on a per-project basis.

4. Intellectual Property

Site content (copy, design, code, imagery) is the property of KF Digital Studio. You may not copy, redistribute, or reproduce it without written permission. Work we deliver under a paid engagement transfers to you per the terms of your signed agreement.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the site to transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or submit fraudulent information in the discovery brief.

6. Third-Party Links & Services

The site contains links to third-party sites (e.g. Formspree, WhatsApp, partner brands). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
