The team

Small team.
Senior hands.

Most studios sell you a senior team and staff the build with whoever is free. We are deliberately small so that never happens — the people you meet are the people who do the work.

That keeps the process short, the decisions direct, and the price honest. Fewer people to pay for, fewer places for your brief to get lost.

The people
behind the build.

Karim Fayed

Co-founder
  • Client strategy & scoping
  • Commercial & pricing
  • F&B and hospitality
  • Product direction

Built GritWrx out of the problem he kept running into as a business owner — good digital work priced out of reach.

Karim runs KitchenThree, a B2B culinary consultancy working with restaurants, hotels, and F&B brands. GritWrx came out of that work: every client needed a site, and the choice was an agency quote they could not justify or a template that undersold them.

He handles the brief, the scope, and the commercial side — what a project actually needs, what it should cost, and what falls outside it. Clients deal with him directly, from the first call through to launch.

He is also building ABCorb, an AI-powered community platform. It is where a lot of the studio’s thinking about putting AI into real products gets tested before it reaches a client.

Mohamed Nagy

Tech Lead
  • Full-stack architecture
  • Real-time computer vision
  • Agentic AI workflows
  • Performance & Core Web Vitals

Three years building web platforms, data systems, and AI that runs in production — not in a demo.

Mohamed runs the build side of GritWrx. He has spent the last three years taking products from an empty repository to something real people use every day — web platforms, high-throughput data systems, and AI that has to hold up on live input.

His work is the part a client feels without ever seeing it: pages that load fast on a mid-range phone, backends that stay quick when the traffic actually arrives, and code written so the next change is cheap instead of a rebuild.

He also builds the studio’s AI work — computer vision pipelines that read a live camera feed in real time, and agent workflows that carry a task through to the end rather than just answering a question about it.

Three rules we
don't bend.

01

No handoff

The person who scopes your build is the person who writes it. Nothing gets passed down to a junior after you sign.

02

Custom, always

Every site is written from scratch. No page builders, no bought themes, no plugin sprawl to maintain later.

03

Built to hand over

Clean code, documented, on accounts you own. You are never locked in to us to keep it running.
